It is human character to explore the unknown. The process of observing, describing and exploring is nothing but pure science. Amidst the educative ambience formulated and standardized by the DCM group across the country, one feature stands out from the rest who try to emulate us. This is a big white dome shaped Observatory rising from the top of a blue cum white educational edifice, with a sliding shutter that opens to the sky, housing a powerful telescope inside.
Welcome to the DCM Observatory cum Sky Lounge, a state-of-the-art astronomical venture, aimed at taking the aspect of Experiential learning for the students to unimaginable levels.
The use of audio-visual aids enhances the understanding of the concepts; but visualize the awe of students when they glimpse these mysteries and wonders of the universe on a clear, dark, night sky through first of its kind in the region, Dobsonian telescope installed in the motorized DCM Observatory.
We want our students to feel what it's like to learn by making their own observations, and simultaneously hook their interest in science and technology as we envision our students of DCM Schools as future Astronomers, Scientists, Computer Experts and Technology Advisers.
